More About Bones and All:

Maren is an 18-year-old girl who lives with her father, Frank, in Maryland. She has a history of cannibalism, having killed her babysitter when she was three years old. Frank leaves her shortly after she turns 18, having become too distressed by her lack of remorse. He leaves her some money, a birth certificate and a cassette tape in which he says he hopes she learns to control her urges.

Maren decides to go to Minnesota, where her mother, Janelle, was born but abandoned when she was a baby. While waiting at the bus station, an elderly man, Sully, recognizes her by her scent and takes her to the home of an elderly woman who is near death. When the woman passes away, Sully starts eating her body and Maren joins in, even though she does not want to. Sully tries to be a father figure to Maren but she leaves him soon after.
