More About It Follows:

Jay, a student at Oakland University, is accompanied on a date by her new friend, Hugh. During the evening, Hugh notices a young woman in the rear of the theater, and Jay states that she is unable to see the girl. Hugh becomes agitated and requests that they leave the theater. On the following date, the two engage in sexual activity in his car, after which he chloroformically incapacitates Jay, and she awakens tied to a wheelchair at the Packard Plant.

Hugh explains that Jay will be pursued by a supernatural being that only she can observe and which can alter the physical appearance of any individual. If she is caught, she will be killed and the entity will continue to pursue the individual who passed it on to her: Hugh. After observing a naked woman walking towards them, he drives Jay home, and she flees the scene. The following day, the police are unable to locate either Jay or Hugh, who was operating under a false identity.
