More About Love Victor Season 1:

The season begins low for our main family, Salazar, who was forced to move from Texas to Georgia in a mysterious situation that parents didn’t want to talk to. Our protagonist, Victor Salazar, is a freshman in the middle of the school year, but enrolls in a new school hoping he will eventually come out as gay and become himself among these brand new people.

I’m excited to do it. (Spoilers: Things don’t go as expected.) His sister Pilar isn’t optimistic and is angry with her parents for driving her away from her Texas friends and boyfriend. To be honest, I understand. It’s the worst to move.

Victor begins his first day at Creekwood High alongside his new best friend Felix, his head is full of stories from Simon Spire (Love, Simon)-Creekwood after graduating from a college friend. A gay man who graduated from confessed his love in front of the entire school.

Of course, if Simon can do that, Victor can do it! When the proud gay boy Benji is seen being molested for being gay, those hopes quickly disappear. And so Victor rushes back to the closet. I don’t blame him, it’s a bad thing.
