More About Merlin Season 3:

After a year of futile attempts to locate the absent Lady Morgana, the exhausted Prince is nearing the end of his rope. As he and Merlin recuperate from their most recent encounter, a bruised and bloodied figure appears out of the fog; it is Lady Morgana! King Uther rejoices, but then begins to lose consciousness, leading Merlin to believe that magic is to blame; this could be the result of his devoted carer. The young wizard is put in a perilous situation when he attempts to ascertain Morgana’s allegiances and is forced to summon the Great Dragon to protect himself.

With Merlin seriously ill from the poison of the Serket, Morgause and Morgana proceed with their evil scheme, having mentally disabled Uther and persuaded his enemy Cenred of Camelot to invade the kingdom. The prince and his Knights can repel the raiders, but Morgana and Cenred are no longer the only threat to Camelot. Morgana summons a dead army that cannot be destroyed by normal means, and Merlin battles Morgana, destroying her magical artifact and Cenred being forced to retreat.
