More About Prisoners:

In the fictional town of Conyers Pennsylvania, the families of Anna and Joy Dover are celebrating Thanksgiving together. At some point after dinner, Anna and Joy go missing while playing in their parked RV. Police respond to a call about a suspicious RV that matches the description and arrest Alex Jones, the man inside. During questioning,

Loki realizes that Alex’s low IQ makes him incapable of planning a kidnapping and that his RV has no forensic evidence linking him to the girl’s disappearance. Loki searches for local pedophiles, and finds a dead body in the home of Father Patrick Dunn, who confessed to killing Dunn after the Father confessed to killing sixteen children in a “war on God”.

After the police release Alex, the police captain hands him over to his aunt Holly, who is convinced that Alex is responsible for the girls’ disappearances. Keller Dover, Anna’s father, attacks Alex in front of the police station where Alex says, “They didn’t cry until I left them,” after Loki finds no evidence of the girl’s disappearance. Keller kidnaps Alex and tortures him for information about the girls’ whereabouts at an empty building that Keller owns.
