More About Saw 6:

Two loan sharks, Simone and Eddie, awaken in a room where they are wearing helmets with screws pointed at their temples. On a videotape, they are given 60 seconds in which to cut off their bodies and throw them on a scale. The first one to sacrifice more flesh would survive, while the second would be eliminated by the mechanical device as the screws would puncture their skulls. The overweight Eddie immediately takes the lead by cutting off fat from his abdomen. As the game draws to a close, Simone cuts off her arm and tosses it on the scale. She survives and Eddie is killed.

A short time later, Detective Mark Hoffman is summoned to the scene of the crime by special agent Dan Erickson. He is told that the fingerprints of special agent Peter Strahm are on the scale and Eddie’s body. He is also told that special agent Lindsey Perez, who was supposedly killed in Saw IV, was alive and had faked her death with the help of Erickson until John Kramer’s remaining accomplice was unmasked.
