More About Supernatural Season 10:

The season kicks off with Sam’s search for his long-lost brother, who has disappeared into thin air. Sam’s journey to find the lost and beloved Dean leads him down a path of darkness and destruction that shakes the boys to the core. On the way, he meets a former U.S. Marine named Cole, who clearly knows Dean and seeks revenge for Dean’s murder of his father.

Castiel, aided by Hannah, must now take charge of the fallout from Metatron’s campaign. However, with his grace wearing thin, rogue angels still at large, Cass faces a ticking clock on his mortality.

After learning that Dean was a demon, thanks to Crowley and the mark of Cain, Castiel eventually finds him with the help of Crowley, but not Cole.

While Dean and Cole fight and grapple, Dean manages to overpower Cole and almost kills him. However, Castiel manages to trap him with holy water, as well as handcuffs carved with devil-trap symbols.
