Summary
Hodaka Morishima, a high school freshman from an island, moves to Tokyo from his home, but promptly falls into debt. Despite living in isolation, he finds employment at a shady occult magazine. It has rained every day since he began his job.
One day, Hodaka meets a young girl named Hina Amano in an alley of the crowded and busy city. Hina and her younger brother live together due to certain circumstances, but both are cheerful and healthy. The strong-willed and bright girl in this fairytale possesses a strange and wonderful ability: she has the ability to stop the rain and clear the sky.
